Terms of Electronic Services — WeddingVite

Last updated: 2 May 2026

This document is general information only. For questions about scope of service please contact weddingvite@weddingvite.pl.

General provisions

These terms govern use of WeddingVite (the „Service”), including organizer accounts and related functions (guest list, RSVP, email notifications).

The Service operator is the entity indicated in published contact details.

By using the Service or creating an account, you acknowledge these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Definitions

„User” or „Organizer” means a natural person with an account to manage an event.

„Guest” means someone whose details or invitations are added by an Organizer or who uses the event page or RSVP form via an individual link.

„Features” means Service functionality as described in the interface and chosen paid tier (if applicable).

„Content” means data entered by Users, including personal data about guests.

Technical requirements and accounts

You need a device with Internet access and an up‑to‑date browser.

You voluntarily create an account with a valid email and password (or accepted sign‑in method) and protect your credentials.

When transmitting guest data or invitations, the Organizer states it has lawful basis where required.

Service scope, limits and payments

Certain limits (guest count, email sending) depend on tier and status described in the Service before payment.

Payments are handled by certified payment processors (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

We may send operational messages related to the account or provision of Features.

Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the Service: spam, malware, attempts to compromise systems, unauthorised scraping or impersonation.

We may suspend access or delete harmful content subject to applicable law.

Content ownership and licences

Rights to trademarks, software and branding belong to us or licensors.

You retain ownership of Content you submit; you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive licence to host and process Content solely as needed to run the Service.

Liability

We endeavour to operate the Service reliably but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Liability limits follow mandatory law.

The Organizer is responsible for message content and legal compliance (including applicable rules on electronic direct marketing where relevant).

Complaints and assistance

Contact us via published addresses (such as weddingvite@weddingvite.pl). We reply within reasonable time.

Consumers may use out‑of‑court mechanisms where applicable under EU regulation (such as EU ODR for relevant transactions).

Duration and deletion

The agreement is indefinite from account creation unless law provides otherwise.

You may stop using your account via settings where available or by contacting us. Deletion aligns with Privacy Policy retention.

Changes to terms

We may change these terms where justified (law, Features, security) and notify you materially as appropriate.

Continued use after changes takes effect means acceptance unless stricter consent is required.

Governing law

Polish substantive law applies, without prejudice to overriding consumer‑protection norms in your country of residence.

For disputes with non‑consumers jurisdiction follows our registered seat unless special rules dictate otherwise.
