Controller of personal data processed in the Service runs WeddingVite; contact weddingvite@weddingvite.pl („Controller”).

Data processed
Organiser account data: email, authentication data, optional profile fields, security logs.
Event and guest‑list fields: names, email/phone where provided, RSVP status, dietary or accommodation notes.
Public page or RSVP visitors: IP, cookies or similar pursuant to CMP settings.
Billing records from payment processors for orders and bookkeeping.
Purposes and legal bases
Contract/pre‑contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR): account, RSVP, transactional mail.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1)(f)): security, infrastructure, disputed claims defence.
Consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) ePrivacy rules where relevant): analytics/marketing permitted by CMP.
Legal obligation (Art. 6 (1)(c)) where applicable.
Recipients
Processors hosting, database/auth, transactional email providers, processors for payments and CMP/consent tooling receive data under appropriate agreements.
Updated categories appear in CMP second layer descriptions.
Transfers outside EEA
Some subprocessors abroad rely on safeguards (SCCs, adequacy decisions, supplementary measures); details upon request.
Retention
Organiser accounts: contract period plus statutes of limitation/accounting timelines where longer justified.
Guest data: aligned with Settings and disclosed retention (for example deletion after event date unless law or dispute dictates longer).
Security logs: limited auditing window.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure (including right to be forgotten where applicable), restriction, portability where applicable and objection.
Withdraw consent freely where processing rested on consent.
Lodge complaints with supervisory authority (Poland — President of UODO).

Strict cookies for operation; analytics/marketing after CMP consent.
